We have put together a Niagara Falls Tour for your guests including a half day option and a full day option as you requested. We think you will be very pleased. I have attached the two tour options.
We tried to keep the cost of the tour as low as possible as we are sure there are a lot of expenses involved in the competition. We can provide a regular school Bus for the Niagara Falls Tour. It will be clean & safe but no frills such as high back cloth seats or air conditioning. We can provide a bus with air conditioning and high back cloth seats but it will increase the cost of the tour substantially. If a school bus is not acceptable please let us know and we will send you a new price quote for the tour using the other bus.
The travel time from the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel to Niagara Falls is 1 Hr. 15 Min. in a perfect world so the with the half day option we allowed 2 1/2 hours in Niagara before returning to Hamilton including the two most popular attractions and a little bit of free time to shop or have a bite to eat.
The tour prices are based on one tour day with both half day and full day people departing at the same time on the same bus. We will return the half day group to Hamilton while the full day group is having some "free time" in Niagara. The maximum number of people that we can take on the tour will be 54. We would require a minimum number of 25 people in order to provide the tour for you. It doesn't matter if they are half day or full day just the minimum number of people must be 25.
In your original email you said that the Championships are being held from July 30 - August 5. The weekend of August 4 - August 5 is a Canadian Holiday weekend. The highways will be jammed Niagara bound and there will be long waits at the attractions. So if it is possible to plan the Niagara Falls Tour day for one of the weekdays instead of the weekend it would work out much better.

Niagara Tour - 8 hours
Price per person: $99.00 plus 6% GST includes one English speaking guide to provide fully commentated tour to and of the Niagara region including admission to the Maid of the Mist, a buffet lunch overlooking the Falls, free time in Niagara and Niagara-on-the-Lake and transportation via one 46-passenger coach for up to 8 hours.
Optional Winery Tour & Tasting: The tour with this option would be a total of 9 hours and would be an additional $15.00 per person plus 6% GST.
City & Harbour Tour Combo - 5 hours
Price per person: $53.00 plus 6% GST includes one English speaking guide to provide fully commentated city tour, one hour harbour and island boat cruise and transportation via one 46-passenger coach for up to 5 hours.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding a visit to Niagara Wine Country. There are several options available for your group and I am providing you with two tentative itineraries for your review.
9:30am We would pick up your group in Hamilton in a highway coach or a couple of passenger vans and transfer you to Niagara-On-The-Lake.
11:00am Your first stop would Jackson Triggs Winery, one of the most modern wineries in the World, for a tour and wine tasting of some of their premium wines.
12:30pm We will transfer you a short distance to Strewn Winery, renowned for having Canada's only winery cooking school, for a tasting of their fine wines in their barrel After the tasting the group, the group can relax over a three course gourmet lunch at La Cachette inside Strewn and regarded as one of the finest restaurants in Niagara.
2:30pm Next stop is Lailey Vineyard, another small premium winery, where the group would have a private wine tasting with the wine maker himself, if he is available. Derek has been Winemaker of the Year in Niagara and provides a fun and interesting perspective on growing grapes and making wine in Niagara.
3:15pm A drive along the Niagara Parkway, called ”one of the prettiest Sunday drives in the world” takes the group to Marynissen Estates Winery. Marynissen is a small family owned boutique winery with the oldest Cabernet Sauvignon vines in the world and is renowned for its red wines. Marynissen is a favourite winery if The Rolling Stones.
4:00pm Leave for Hamilton.
Cost of $129.00 + GST per person includes return transportation to Hamilton, visits to four wineries with a tour of one and private wine tastings at each, Local guide, three course lunch at La Cachette including taxes and restaurant gratuity with lunch.
A second option could include the following inventory:
9:30am Pick up in Hamilton and transfer to Niagara Wine Tours office in downtown Historic Niagara On The Lake where the group will be fitted for a bicycle.
10:45am approx. Group arrives in Niagara On The Lake. Niagara Wine Tour Guides will meet the coach at the Fort George coach park and escort the 30 guests that are cycling to our touring centre at 92 Picton Street - no more than a five minute walk. Guides will fit guests with cycles etc. Helmets are not supplied unfortunately.
11:30am Arrive at Jackson Triggs Winery for a tour and wine tasting.
1:00pm Lunch at a private garden vineyard either under a marquis or in a tastefully decorated barn. We can offer our regular picnic lunch or an upgraded buffet style picnic-please see below for more details.
2:00pm Next stop Marynissen Estates Winery for a private wine tasting.
3:00pm Reif Estate Winery for a private wine tasting.
4:00pm Final stop is Lailey Vineyard for a wine tasting.
5:00pm Arrive back at the touring centre and depart back for Hamilton.
LUNCH OPTIONS
Regular picnic-consisting of a hearty filled roll, fresh vegetables, local seasonal fruit, homemade brownie dessert (which is great!) and fruit juice.
Upgraded buffet style-consisting of a selection of sandwiches, fresh vegetables, two salads, local seasonal fruits, homemade brownie dessert and fruit juice.
Vegetarians can be catered for and we can arrange for wine (additional charge unfortunately), glasses and corkscrews to be available if required.
The cost of this tour would be:
Regular picnic lunch $115.00 + GST per person.
Upgraded buffet style $120.00 + GST per person.
The guests not cycling would visit the same wineries but would ride on the coach.
Included in the above would be return transportation to Hamilton, cycle, water, Niagara Wine Tour guides, support vehicle to follow cycle group, tour of one winery and tastings at each and lunch in a private vineyard.
